Oil quenching: after heating the workpiece in the vacuum heating chamber, move it to the vacuum cooling chamber, fill it with high-purity nitrogen and immediately send it to the oil quenching tank. The quenching medium is oil. The quenching oil in the oil tank is stirred violently and cooled quickly.
Advantages: bright workpiece is obtained by vacuum oil quenching, with good microstructure and performance, and no oxidation and decarburization on the surface.
