PVD: physical vapor deposition
The process of transferring atoms or molecules from source to substrate surface by physical process. Its function is to spray some particles with special properties (high strength, wear resistance, heat dissipation, corrosion resistance, etc.) on the matrix with lower performance, so that the matrix has better performance.
PVD includes evaporation, sputtering and ion plating.
The coating hardness of PVD can be as high as 2800 ~ 3000HV.
